Terms & refunds
Private-pilot terms — paid orders remain closed. These terms describe the proposed pilot, not a live checkout. Qualified Swedish/EU review and a tested payment/delivery flow remain required before paid activation.

The product
One personalized, approximately 38-second, video-only 1080x1920 MP4 in Ink or Midnight, made from your own compatible GPX, TCX or FIT activity, one authorized race-day photograph, confirmed display facts and three short answers. It is delivered privately for download, with no watermark. Every accepted film is checked by the founder. Compatibility, selected wording, exact scope, delivery timing and payment details are confirmed before payment.
The founding price
The proposed first cohort is capped at 10 confirmed places at 100 kr / €9 per film. This becomes an offer only if WhereYouRan sends a personal scope and payment confirmation. It is a one-off payment, not a subscription or recurring charge. Requesting pilot details does not create an order or a charge.
Eligibility and runner inputs
Only send an activity that belongs to you and a photograph you have the right to use. The first pilot requires a usable GPX, TCX or FIT file and one usable photograph; no-GPX route reconstruction is not included. If an input is incompatible or the facts conflict, WhereYouRan pauses before payment or agrees a refund before production rather than inventing a route or story.
Corrections and refunds
The pilot includes one correction round for factual spelling or metadata, an accidental crop or legibility defect, or a clear mismatch with the runner-approved wording. A new theme, new photograph after approval, substantially new story, rebuilt route or creative re-edit is outside that round and must be agreed separately. This voluntary boundary does not limit statutory rights when digital content or a service is not as agreed. Contact hello@whereyouran.com with a problem.
Digital delivery
Distance purchases normally carry a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to legal exceptions and conditions. This product combines personalized work and downloadable digital content, so WhereYouRan will not assume an exception applies automatically. Before payment, the runner must receive the applicable withdrawal information and route. If the runner asks work to begin during the withdrawal period, that request is recorded separately. If immediate digital delivery requires express agreement and acknowledgement about loss of withdrawal rights, those choices are collected explicitly and confirmed with the contract. Without the required choices, ordinary statutory rights remain. Any voluntary correction or refund promise is additional protection, not a replacement for rights that apply by law.
Delivery and delay
The delivery estimate is agreed before payment; no 24-hour or other standard turnaround is promised yet. If a material delay arises, the founder contacts the runner and agrees the lawful remedy before continuing.
Your film, your rights
The delivered film is yours — full personal use, forever, no watermark. We never publish your film without your written permission. If you give us permission to feature it, you can withdraw that permission any time.
Your responsibilities
Only upload activity files that are yours and photos you have the right to use. Don't upload photos of other people without their consent.
Privacy
How we handle your data — including stripping heart-rate data and deleting source files within 14 days — is described in the privacy policy.
